1. Hai Di Lao

As one of China’s biggest hot pot restaurant chains, Hai Di Lao recently opened its first European restaurant on Shaftesbury Avenue, London, with massive 10,000 square foot.


Born in Sichuan Province, Hai Di Lao is known for its customer-oriented services with customers offered free snacks& drinks and manicures as they wait for a table - a wait usually takes 2-3 hours. According to a Bloomberg report last year, “customers are routinely entertained by staff resembling rhythmic gymnasts who twirl ribbons of dough into noodles that they plunge into bubbling pots of broth on diners’ tables.”

2. Cafe Wolseley

Café Wolseley is an all-day café-restaurant, inspired by the iconic London flagship - The Wolseley. Combining British heritage with European grandeur, The Wolseley is one of London’s most admired restaurants in the heart of Mayfair.


Taking reference from The Wolseley’s menu, favourites include the Chopped Chicken Salad, Chicken Schnitzel and Smoked Haddock Kedgeree, along with popular additions such as seasonal salads, pizzas and a choice of pasta dishes. There is also a dedicated children’s menu throughout the day.

3. BAO

As a restaurant serves Taiwanese-inspired dishes, their food is inspired by Taiwanese Culture, our travels around Asia and our upbringing. All their BAO are handmade in their Bakery on the first floor at Fitz, made using wheat flour and a tangzhong starter. To best describe them would be like eating into a soft pillow-like cloud.


BAO is aiming to create restaurants that offer a different experience to each other, inspired by their upbringing and travel around Asia. Each restaurant has a unique menu and a different story. BAO now has three restaurants, one in Fitzrovia, which takes reservations; and one in Borough Market, which alongside the restaurant, has a grab and go hatch and a KTV room.
